Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds: 

Orders that are cancelled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned to us for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges related to the canceled order. In the case that a package is lost in transit we will assist as much as possible, but ultimately, the responsibility for the loss and/or delay lies with the carrier.

Except as otherwise noted on individual product pages, all products from 3D Zenkast has a 14 day return policy. After 14 days from receipt, returns will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except as stated below.

3D Zenkast must be notified of damaged or defective products within 7 days of receipt. 3D Zenkast will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and will provide a prepaid shipping label. Returns of defective items are for replacement/exchange only. 

Returns for non-defective printers, scanners and accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note: A printer or scanner can only be deemed defective by our team or the manufacturer directly. Contact support@3dzenkast for all returns. Once a return is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will issued with a prepaid shipping label. Shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Downloadable software products cannot be refunded or returned.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 

Some 3D printers, scanners and accessories vary by model and are subject to the return policy of the manufacturer in lieu of this policy. Please inquire regarding the return policy of individual products or refer to product page.

Items which qualify for return must be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased, with all parts and accessories intact. As some printer & scanner  manufacturers require that products be sent in their original packaging for repair, we highly encourage customers to keep any and all original packaging for at least for the entirety of their warranty period - fees may be charged for replacement packaging, if necessary.

Any item found to be broken or malfunctioning because of use beyond regular expectations or neglect by the customer will not be accepted for return.

3D Zenkast is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts to other countries. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.

Chargebacks:

Our team is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best solution.

Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did not receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Pleas do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
