Return Policy
(1) Within 14 days after receiving the product, the product is found to have a functional failure that is not due to human damage.
(2) Within 14 days after receiving the product, providing FLSUN with proof of serious damage to the product during transportation.
(3) Within 14 days after receiving the product, the product has not been unopened and is still in new condition, which does not affect secondary sales.
Attention:
(1) We will inspect the product after receiving the return, if it is confirmed that it is not a product quality problem or a shipping damage problem, FLSUN will charge shipping fee for each returned product, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
(2) If parts are found to be missing after FLSUN receives the returned product, FLSUN will deduct the cost related to the parts from the total refund amount.
(3) If you request to return a product that is not defective for personal reasons (e.g. don't like it, don't want it) within 14 days of receiving the product, the shipping cost incurred for the return will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Exchange Policy
(4) This exchange policy only applies to users who purchased the product on the FLSUN official website.
(5) If the Products were purchased on a third party website or through another purchasing channel, such as a retail purchaser ("Reseller"), their respective return policies should be followed.
Exchange service requirements:
(1) Within 30 days after receiving the product, if the product suffers major damage during transportation, a damage certificate issued by the carrier must be provided to FLSUN.
(2) If you receive the wrong product, please apply within 30 days after receiving the product.
(3) If the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant aspects, apply within 30 days after receiving the product.
(4) If there is a serious fault with the product, please apply within 30 days after receiving the product.
Attention:
(1) To ensure that the product you request for replacement service is delivered in good condition, all replacement products must be in the original packaging. Improper packaging may void the warranty and result in charges.
(2) If FLSUN finds that parts are missing after receiving the product, you need to pay the relevant costs for the parts, and FLSUN will provide you with a replacement.
(3) If you require a non-defective product to be replaced for personal reasons (such as not liking it, not wanting it) within 30 days after receiving the product, the shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the buyer.
(4) This exchange policy only applies to users who purchased the product on the FLSUN website.
(5) If a product is purchased on a third party website or through other purchase channels (e.g., retail purchasers ("resellers"), their respective exchange policies should be followed
Warranty Policy:
(1) The product is used normally, but there is damage or malfunction not caused by the customer.
(2) Product malfunction due to product quality or workmanship.
Warranty time:
(1) The product warranty period is calculated backwards from the date the original customer receives the product:
All USA customers have a 1 year warranty.
(2) The warranty period for second-hand products and wearing parts is 3 months. Consumable parts include: heating block, nozzle, metal pipe, belt, actuator temperature sensor, actuator heating rod, spring steel hot bed.
(3) Replacement parts reissued to users free of charge due to quality problems have no warranty period.
(4) We provide lifelong after-sales technical consulting services.
Attention:
If the product is damaged due to non-quality issues, you will need to pay for the cost of the accessories required for repair.
Warranty service will not be provided in the following cases:
(1) The order number or proof of purchase cannot be provided, or there is reason to believe that these evidences are forged or tampered with.
(2) The product is beyond the warranty period.
(3) Product damage caused by unauthorized modification or firmware modification.
(4) The product was found to be damaged during transportation but was not rejected upon delivery, or the logistics company did not issue a certificate of damage and was unable to provide proof of damage during transportation.
(5) Product damage caused by incorrect installation and use.
(6) Product damage caused by irresistible external forces (such as floods, typhoons, fires, earthquakes, etc.).
